FROM PRINTING TO FINISHED PART:
A Convenient, Intuitive Workflow
Maximize prints with minimal setup.
Use our free print preparation software, PreForm, to import STL or OBJ files, orient models, estimate print times, and monitor prints.
PreForm’s part packing algorithms can automatically arrange many models in a build to maximize the packing density, reduce print time, and limit waste.
SLS, made manageable from wherever you are.
During setup and printing, an intuitive Touch UI walks you through every step.
The touchscreen displays a live stream of the print bed so you can watch each new layer take shape. This camera view is also available from your computer in PreForm so you can monitor your print without leaving your desk.
Take control of your production across multiple locations and machines. Track print jobs and material flow all in one cloud-based Dashboard to ensure minimum downtime and maximum output.
Reliable, consistent printing.
SLS 3D printing fuses powder layer by layer. The unused material supports the parts during printing so you can create complex, interconnecting designs with no need for support structures.
Patent-pending Surface Armor technology creates a semi-sintered shell around the surface of each part, enhancing mechanical properties and surface quality without the hassle of a large, industrial footprint. These qualities are heightened even further when using the inert gas print option available with Fuse 1+ 30W
All-in-one powder recycling and recovery.
Our all-in-one powder recovery station, Fuse Sift, combines part extraction, powder recovery, storage, and mixing in a single device.
Produce fully-functional parts with competitively high powder recyclability to enable less waste and lower cost per part.
Fuse Sift will dispense and mix used and new powder automatically so you can reduce waste and control your powder supply.
Designed for
24/7 throughput.
Achieve faster-than-ever printing speeds to deliver prototypes and small series of end-use parts in under 24 hours.
Enable continuous throughput by adding a second, removable build chamber to any Fuse Series workflow.
Industry-leading rapid cooldown times allow you to start a new print within 1-2 hours of your previous print job.
Strong, Functional SLS Materials
3D print production-ready, end-use parts with our family of SLS Powders, developed specifically for the Fuse Series printers. Our materials, hardware, and software are developed and validated together to deliver peak performance while optimizing cost per part.
Benefit from enhanced mechanical properties and higher powder recyclability when utilizing Fuse 1+ 30W's inert gas atmosphere print option.
Available now: Nylon 11, Nylon 12, Nylon 12 GF, Nylon 11 CF, and TPU 90A Powders.

3D4MAKER™ Facilan™ HT
Facilan™ HT is a material with a heat deflection temperature of 89 °C and comparatively high tensile strength. The raw material has food contact approval and is not based on Bisphenol-A. Facilan™ HT has been created as a higher performance replacement for PET, PET-G and other copolymers. High stiffness, high strength and high gloss combine to give this material good characteristics to be used in machine building, construction and for end use consumer parts. HT has been created to make parts that survive real life.
3D4MAKER™ Facilan™ Ortho
Facilan™ Ortho was developed in conjunction with orthotics and insoles researchers, manufacturers and patients to be high-performance material for orthotics, shoe soles and insoles. It is the world's first material designed specifically for orthotics. Unique hot melt properties make Ortho ideally suited for adhesion to leather and textiles. Facilan™ Ortho is based on compostable raw material according to EN 13432.
3D4MAKER™ Facilan™ PCL 100
Facilan™ PCL100 (polycaprolactone 100) is a polycaprolactone material used widely for research applications in bio-fabrication such as scaffolds, braces, implants, smart materials, hydrogels, tissue engineering and drug delivery. Polycaprolactone in is reported in research tough, strong, flexible, bioabsornanle, biocompatible and compostable. It is based on raw material complaint with European regulation EC No. 10/2011 concerning plastic materials and articles coming into contact with food. Recommended restrictions. Do not use in medical applications involving permanent implantation in the human body.
3D4MAKER™ PETG
The 3D4MAKERS PETG Filament has unique properties because it does not come into contact with water during the production process and is directly packaged in a vacuum packaging. These properties make the 3D4MAKERS PETG Filament particularly suitable for usage in FDM and FFF 3D printers. The material has an excellent adhesion between layers which results in great improvement of the impact resistance, strength, durability and the printing process.
3D4MAKER™ PETG Carbon
The 3D4MAKERS PETG Carbon Filament is a Polyethylene Terephthalate reinforced with carbon fibers. Due to the carbon fibers compounded in the PETG you can create 3D printed parts with exceptional stiffness, great dimensional stability and excellent suface quality. This filament is highly suitable for printing a wide range of industrial applications like frames, drones, tools, parts for the automotive and more.
3D4MAKER™ PLA
The 3D4MAKERS PLA filament has unique properties because it does not come into contact with water during the production process and is directly packaged in a vacuum packaging. These properties make the 3D4MAKERS particularly suitable for usage in FDM and FFF 3D printers. The material has an excellent adhesion between layers which results in great improvement of the impact resistance, strength, durability and the printing process.
