Unique and patented in the field of Selective Laser Sintering (SLS), the Sintratec All-Material Platform separates the cutting-edge Fusion Module (3D printer) from the movable Build Module (powder container). Thanks to this modularity both polymers and metals can be processed on the same system and exchanged rapidly without cross-contamination or lengthy cleaning processes.

The Sintratec materials allow you to print highly precise parts that can be used for functional prototypes as well as end-use components.
EOS PA3200 GF (PA12-GB)
The surface of the material is white and slightly granular and porous. Nylon Glassfilled(PA3200 GF) is more durable and resistant than Nylon (PA12). It gives you great freedom in your designs – allowing for both complex and inclosed volumes. The material is great for technical parts that need resistance and loads. The surface is not as accurate as polyamide 12 but it will fit the requirements of technical parts.
Formlabs PA12
Balancing strength and detail, Nylon 12 is a highly capable material for both functional prototyping and end-use production of complex assemblies and durable parts with high environmental stability.
LUVOSINT X92A-1 (TPU Rubber)
As a strong, wear-resistant and elastic substance, SLS TPU X92A-1 offers new application opportunities. Thanks to its convenient processing window and full recyclability of the powder cake, it is a natural choice for series production; tailor-made shoes and clothes, complex tube geometries or orthopaedic parts are some examples of new 3D print applications.
Nylon PA11
Nylon 11 is a high-performance, bio-based nylon material for functional prototyping and small batch production. It has better flexibility than PA12, and it's suitable for printing parts that need to bend or resist impact.
Nylon PA12
The SLS Nylon(PA12) (plastic) objects printed through FacFox are created from a fine polyamide powder, more commonly known as plastic.
Nylon PA12 Glassfilled
Glass bead-filled polyamide 12 powder with a combination of excellent rigidity and good
elongation at break. High temperature resistance, stable dimensional, toughness, insulation, good corrosion resistance
and high mechanical strength.
